Form and Urban Change

Form and Urban Change is an example of the utilisation of Urban Morphometrics as a base/ support for studies of various phenomena in the urban form. In particular, this study represents how Urban Morphometrics can develop a scientific substantiation to a piece of research that is regularly lacking in traditional studies of Urban Morphology. By utilising objective criteria to develop a systematic approach in assessing the urban form of these five gentrified areas in London, accurate and replicable results are utilised to make conclusions on processes of gentrification.
